Individual Therapy

We believe that what we achieve inwardly, will change our outer reality. Investing in one’s mental health and wellbeing is one of the most valuable things we can do for ourselves. Therapy can provide the opportunity to look deeply into experiences and emotions, and gain insight into personal processes. We work with individual clients to help them achieve their personal goals and reduce their distress.

Individual therapy sessions typically are one-on-one with the therapist. However, sometimes other family members, partners, or friends may join a session, if needed.
